FINFIN Refund Policy

FINFIN is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund process. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which users are eligible for refunds and how refund requests are processed.
A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:
Failed Transactions: If a deposit is unsuccessful but the amount is deducted from the user’s account.
Duplicate Payments: In cases where the user has accidentally made multiple deposits.
Technical Errors: If a user is unable to access their deposited funds due to a system malfunction.
Unauthorized Transactions: If a deposit was made fraudulently without the user’s consent (subject to verification).
Refund requests are processed within 3-7 working days from the date of request submission.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI account) used for the deposit.

Gameplay Losses: FINFIN does not offer refunds for losses incurred during gameplay.
Violation of Terms & Conditions: If a user is found violating fair play policies, refunds will not be entertained.
Incomplete KYC Verification: Refunds will not be processed if the user has not completed mandatory KYC verification.
Withdrawn Funds: Once funds are withdrawn, they cannot be refunded or reversed.

Transaction reference ID
Screenshot of the failed transaction (if applicable)
Reason for refund request
The FINFIN team will investigate the request and communicate the outcome within the refund processing time.
If users disagree with a refund decision, they may escalate the complaint by contacting edoptsolutions@gmail.com or info@finfin.in.
FINFIN reserves the right to make the final decision on refund disputes.
